Job summary

Capitol Bridge Puerto Rico is seeking an on-site Quality Analyst Lead for our Isabela site at 699 Industrial Avenue, Isabela PR 00662. This role will supervise the QC Analyst team, manage calibration sessions, and ensure CTQ compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years QA/QC experience, CMS/IDRE proficiency, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred, and strong coaching and data analysis skills. On-site work with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
• 3+ years QA/QC experience with lead or calibration role.
• Experience with CMS.
• Proficiency with IDRE and CMS tools/workflows.
• Office 365 proficiency.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily audit activities of QC Analyst team across CMS/IDRE workflows.
• Review QC findings for accuracy, consistency, and CTQ adherence.
• Plan, lead, and document calibration sessions for scoring consistency.
• Conduct random audits to ensure standards compliance.
• Balance audit workload and monitor throughput against schedule.
• Coach and develop QC Analysts with regular feedback.
• Present audit data and quality metrics to leadership.
• Collaborate with training to close skill gaps and drive improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement activities and promote quality ownership.
