Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a TD SYNNEX company, is seeking a Quality Team Lead to supervise QC Inspectors across server assembly, repair, and rack integration. You will guide daily quality activities, maintain strict attention to detail, and ensure compliance with the quality plan.

You will become the SME for all listed inspection areas, learn systems like MYCIS & SharePoint, and participate in audits and training of staff to uphold product quality and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a QC team or multiple inspectors is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written directions.
• Ability to interpret QC checklists and material specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8 QC Inspectors across multiple manufacturing areas.
• Participate in daily morning meetings and communicate issues.
• Become SME in all server-related inspection areas and systems.
• Assist with NCR processes and record non-conformances in MYCIS & SharePoint.
• Train new QC staff and cross-train existing team.
