Leprino Foods Company in Lemoore, CA is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead plant-based quality execution across daily operations. You will coach quality standards on the floor, reinforce food safety practices, and work with plant leaders to resolve gaps to ensure safe, accurate production.

The role offers a competitive package with a 10% annual target bonus and compensation in the $90,000–$102,000 range. You will support regulatory and internal audits and ensure ongoing product integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of quality or food safety experience in a regulated food manufacturing environment.
• 1+ year of experience leading, training, or coordinating a team.
• Working knowledge of HACCP, SQF, sanitation programs, and food safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Quality Execution activities to maintain food safety and product quality across all shifts.
• Plan and coordinate staffing to support production needs while improving labor and workflow efficiency.
• Coach and mentor Quality team members with on-floor training in food safety, GMPs, SQF, CCPs, sanitation, and personal safety.
