Job summary

GLOBAL HEALING CENTER, LLC is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead a QA team in our nutraceutical operations. You will ensure products and processes meet quality and regulatory standards, oversee microbiological testing, and drive CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will develop and implement QA programs, train staff, and partner with Production to uphold quality excellence across raw materials and finished products. A strong cGMP background and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a cGMP industrial environment.
• Training in Quality Systems.
• Knowledge of lab testing methods.
• Internal auditing and cGMP compliance.
• Strong knowledge of 21 CFR 111 and auditing processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• CAPA process experience.
• Document Control knowledge.
• Microbiological testing experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and support quality policies and ensure compliance.
• Develop and improve SOPs, testing methods, and procedures.
• Develop and maintain QA programs.
• Lead CAPA activities by identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
• Perform, review, approve, and support microbiological testing.
• Supervise product testing for procedure accuracy.
• Conduct internal audits in line with production schedules.
• Coach and develop Quality team members.
• Collaborate with Production leadership to uphold quality standards.
• Promote accountability and continuous improvement.
• Develop monthly QA reports and highlight opportunities for improvement.
• Suggest manufacturing or technology aids to improve efficiency.
