Job summary

Nuclein,-LL is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to lead QC personnel, plan and execute testing, and ensure high-quality medical device production. You will train staff, coordinate resources, and maintain GMP-compliant facilities while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years QC experience; 2+ years in medical device or regulated industry.
• Quality certifications such as ASQ CQI, CQT or ASME GD&T preferred.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with lab equipment.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor QC personnel and supervise the team.
• Coordinate QC resources to meet production schedules.
• Perform QC testing and inspection of materials for release to production.
• Maintain GMP standards for work areas and equipment.
• Review quality records for accuracy and compliance.
• Lead creation and revision of work instructions; support method development and continuous improvement.
