The position emphasizes rapid learning, observation, and collaboration with production to prevent issues and ensure compliant quality processes. Qualified candidates will have prior QA leadership experience, ability to manage long shifts, and a commitment to safety and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand during a 12-hour shift.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Prior Quality lead experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of analytical, statistical, and finished goods inspectors.
• Supervise full-time quality checkers and communicate abnormalities to supervisors.
• Learn safe operation of packaging filling equipment and ensure proper QA data interpretation.
• Train QA employees and coordinate with production for holds and testing.
• Maintain records, line sheets, and QRMP contributions.
