Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher
• One year office experience preferred, to include filing, scanning and data entry
• Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Word and Excel programs
• Strong typing and numeric entry skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be a flexible team player capable of working in a deadline driven environment

Responsibilities

• Review allograft reports to verify data entry of finished goods coincides with distribution software
• Complete printing of final product labeling (final, barcode, and box labels) and verify accuracy of labels printed
• Complete printing of work-in-progress (WIP) labeling for routine manufacturing and aseptic lines
• Assist Distribution with re-labeling and/or re-designated products as requested
• Organize and file final release paperwork weekly for release to final goods
• Create manufacturing charts in preparation of Quality review
• Perform monthly inventory reconciliation of product in Quarantine and QA Hold statuses
• Support CAPA data entry and communication as backup for Quality
