Job summary

Ardent Mills is seeking a Quality Technician in San Bernardino, CA to perform wheat and flour quality analyses, report results, and ensure products meet customer, regulatory, and company standards. You will calibrate and maintain lab equipment and support Food Safety audits.

This role requires basic computer skills, a high school diploma, willingness to work a rotating schedule including nights and weekends, and compliance with safety and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience with lab techniques and basic analytical methods.
• Familiarity with computer applications and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Perform wheat/flour quality analysis per certification and customer specs.
• Operate and calibrate laboratory instruments.
• Communicate results to customers via software.
• Data entry and record keeping.
• Support food safety inspections and audits.
