Job summary

Kerry Group's Manitowoc facility in Wisconsin is seeking a Quality Lab Technician to support finished product testing and compliance with customer specs. You will rotate across testing stations, use analytical chemistry methods, and document results in SAP, contributing to batch release decisions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Biology, Microbiology, or related field.
• Food or manufacturing laboratory experience is a plus.
• Experience with analytical testing and standard lab practices.
• Strong data entry and documentation skills.
• Comfortable using laboratory equipment and interpreting test results.

Responsibilities

• Test finished products using analytical chemistry and food science methods.
• Operate laboratory equipment and evaluate results against product specifications.
• Make hold or release decisions based on test results before packaging and shipment.
• Enter test results and quality data into SAP accurately.
• Rotate through testing stations and cross-train on lab methods.
• Maintain lab records and follow established testing procedures.
• Collaborate with the Quality team to ensure timely testing.
