Job summary

DuPont seeks an experienced Laboratory Technician at our Valley View, OH site to support operations by testing product quality and materials. You will document results, maintain instruments, and ensure procedures meet customer specifications and contractual obligations.

The role requires strong organizational skills, multi-tasking, and attention to detail, with proficiency in reading technical documents and data interpretation for quality improvement and audits.

Qualifications

• Requires an AS in Chemistry or 3+ years in ISO9001/AS9100 lab environment.
• ASQ/CQT preferred; ability to obtain CTQ.
• Experience with Nadcap or ISO17025 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality testing on inbound and outbound products per DuPont methods.
• Review quality documentation for proper certification and release of material.
• Develop and maintain lab test methods and records to meet obligations and quality requirements.
• Prepare customer/internal test reports and discuss results as needed.
• Coordinate external material testing as applicable.
