Job summary

DuPont is seeking a Lab Technician at the Valley View, Ohio site to execute mechanical, thermal, and friction tests under TS&D guidance. You will help generate data, follow test methods, and support material development efforts.

You will collaborate with R&D, ensure safe operations, and contribute to product evaluations and reports used for literature and sales tools. A technical associate degree and strong lab skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, customer specifications and test reports.
• Experience in a lab environment with relevant instruments and safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Perform lab tasks with guidance in mechanical, thermal, and wear tests.
• Report data and store per internal guidance.
• Support R&D and TS&D on material development testing.
• Coordinate external testing requests and prepare test reports.
