Job summary

NYCOA in Manchester, New Hampshire seeks bright, detail-oriented Lab Technicians to join the team. Responsibilities include testing finished products, logging data, and supporting quality measures. The role offers day and night shifts with bonus incentives after training and 401(k) eligibility after 6 months.

Qualifications

• Previous laboratory experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong multi-tasking skills.
• Precision and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) with the ability to effectively interact and communicate with all departments and levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical and mechanical testing of finished products supporting Operations and R&D activities.
• Responsible for logging data into the Quality system & releasing product.
• Record effluent readings and send daily emails to the City of Manchester.
• Collect samples for any non-standard quality testing (product hold, customer issues, etc.)
• Input quality data into the quality system and release incoming raw materials
• Support R&D activities on an as-needed basis.
• Perform some equipment calibrations.
• Perform training and test method review with other Technicians.
• Maintain a safe, clean lab space.
• Other duties as required.
