Qualifications

• Familiarity with PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, and problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Whys).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings including GD&T.
• Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, first-off, in-process, and final inspections according to plans and customer requirements.
• Generate inspection reports, certificates of compliance, and test plans.
• Maintain calibration program and support audits by regulators, customers, and auditors.
• Issue certificates of conformance and conduct FAIs or PPAP layouts as required.
• Assist with daily operations of the Quality Department and investigate customer complaints.
