Job summary

Potters Industries is seeking a QA Lab Technician I to perform test procedures on finished products and report findings. You will identify off-spec production, maintain lab equipment, and ensure data is accurately entered into lab systems, all while upholding ISO9001 standards and safety protocols.

The role requires 1–3 years of QA lab experience in manufacturing, basic computer and spreadsheet skills, and forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Quality Assurance lab experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Forklift operations certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills and data entry in spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of Safety, Health and Environmental rules.

Responsibilities

• Perform test procedures on finished product and report findings.
• Identify off-spec production and record disposition in lab systems.
• Calibrate and maintain test equipment; ensure certification.
• Enter data into lab analysis spreadsheets and Access database daily.
• Conduct sieve analysis using a Rotap; document COAs as needed.
• Follow ISO9001 principles and maintain lab housekeeping and safety.
