Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a science discipline OR a minimum of four (4) years of quality lab experience.
• Experience with equipment calibration in a Quality Assurance lab.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tests, analyze results, and record data in the plant Quality system.
• Take corrective action when products do not meet specifications.
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of lab equipment on a daily and quarterly basis.
• Pre-screen raw materials and review Certificates of Analysis (COA).
• Support trials for new process additives, formulations, and lab instruments implementation.
• Document and communicate quality, instrumentation, and production issues to relevant teams.
• Adhere to all plant health, safety, and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure production conforms to GP's Quality Assurance programs and external third-party certification programs.
