The role emphasizes data integrity, adherence to safety, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced laboratory setting. The position requires a high school diploma with 3+ years in an industrial lab or an associate’s degree with 1+ year of experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an industrial laboratory or 1+ year with an associate’s degree in a relevant field is desired.
• General knowledge of quality systems and laboratory best practices
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to adapt to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Laboratory testing of incoming raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using advanced metrology tools
• Record all data and results in data management systems with traceability and data defensibility
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, orderly environment (6S)
• Maintain laboratory instruments and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Contribute to creation and revision of laboratory work instructions and evaluate procedural inefficiencies
