Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; 3+ years in an industrial lab or an Associate degree with 1+ year in an industrial lab is desired.
• Knowledge of quality systems and lab best practices.
• Strong initiative, self-motivation, and adaptability to changing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Conduct laboratory testing of incoming materials, in-process samples, and finished products using metrology tools.
• Follow lab work instructions and implement method improvements as needed.
• Record data accurately to ensure traceability and data defensibility.
