Job summary

Bradley Personnel, Inc. seeks a Quality Inspector to perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on fabricated or welded steel parts using precision tools including CMM and Faro Arm.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a fabrication or welding environment with a focus on quality inspection or assurance
• Strong ability to read blueprints, GD&T, and weld symbols
• Knowledge of PPAP, Control Plans, FMEA, and MSA is an asset
• Experience operating and programming CMM or Faro Arm equipment (training provided)
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 quality systems

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on fabricated/welded steel parts using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMM, Faro Arm)
• Conduct first-off inspections and verify weld quality per AWS D1.1/CSA W47.1 standards
• Identify non-conformances, support root cause analysis, and track corrective actions
• Complete PPAP, ISIR, and dimensional layout reports
• Maintain quality documentation per ISO 9001/IATF 16949/ISO 14001
• Manage calibration records for inspection equipment
• Support 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives
