Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Technology, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• At least one year of laboratory/quality control experience.
• Familiarity with laboratory testing procedures and instrumentation.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborative mindset with willingness to learn and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control testing on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory testing equipment.
• Record, analyze, and communicate test results to support production and quality decisions.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records, testing documentation, and certificates of analysis.
• Partner with production teams to troubleshoot quality concerns and identify solutions.
• Support investigations involving product quality, non-conforming materials, and customer concerns.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, quality audits, and new testing methods.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.
