Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive Company in Clinton, Oklahoma is seeking a Shift Quality Resource to support the Plant Quality Team. You will perform routine analytical testing, sample and test in-process materials, and help document results to meet GMP and Food Safety standards.

This on-site role requires attention to detail, ability to work across shifts including weekends, and the capacity to handle hazardous materials with proper PPE. Colgate offers a sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year practical working experience with Good Laboratory Practices.
• Ability to work across all shifts, including weekends as needed.
• Familiarity with lab testing and microbial testing procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine analytical chemical testing with good laboratory practices.
• Support Lab Calibration, Verification, IQ/OQ/PQ documentation and related training programs.
• Organize data and results for finished product analyses to enable timely release.
• Maintain reference samples and conduct packaging testing as required.
• Assist with non-conformances, deviations and waivers.
