Job summary

Mark Anthony Group is seeking a Quality Lab Technician to perform routine lab and packaging analysis on raw materials, in-process and finished products, ensuring quality specifications are sustained in a fast-paced beverage environment.

The role requires attention to detail and proficiency with lab equipment (pH meters, GC, HPLC) and data documentation. You will support inventory and non-conforming product handling while working a 12-hour 2-2-3 shift schedule on-site in Columbia, SC.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or Associate's degree, or 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Experience in laboratory analysis or beverage manufacturing preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends/holidays.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine lab and packaging analysis on samples.
• Ensure quality specs and parameters are met during production.
• Operate and maintain lab equipment (Alcolyzer, DMA, pH meters, GC, HPLC).
• Maintain a clean, safe laboratory and follow SOPs.
• Support inventory and data records.
• Collaborate with Brewing and Packaging teams.
