Job summary

Zing Recruiting is partnering with a Global manufacturer in the Flavors industry to hire a quality lab technician. The role involves performing various tests to ensure maximum product quality. Ideal candidate has at least 1 year of Quality experience, preferably in foods manufacturing. SAP exposure is a plus.

Shifts offered include 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm) and 3rd shift (10pm-6:30am), Monday through Friday, with starting pay of $24-$25/hr.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in a Quality Control role.
• Experience in foods manufacturing preferred but not required.
• Experience using SAP preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Log all samples and sample flow in the Quality Control Department.
• Manage samples and sample flow throughout station.
• Perform various tests on products as required by company standards: Chemical, physical, sensory testing.
• Enter results of testing into SAP system.
• Maintain equipment through cleaning, troubleshooting, and calibrations as needed.
