Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology or Food Science/Technology and/or Business-related field with 0–2 years of experience, or High school diploma with 2–4 years in lab/flavor industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily testing of all raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Test according to SOPs and specifications, including sensory evaluations, pH, GC, and titration.
• Analyze data and generate Certificates of Analysis.
• Acquire microbial samples while maintaining a sterile/clean environment.
• Calibrate and operate laboratory equipment; keep accurate records.
