Position Summary

We are looking for a full-time Quality Lab Technician to join our team. If you enjoy testing various materials and compounds, establishing methods and procedures, and collaborating with management to solve issues, this position is ideal for you.

A Day in The Life as a Quality Lab Technician

In our lab, you will work cross-divisionally within our manufacturing facility. Your responsibilities include investigating and dispositioning materials, addressing customer concerns, and evaluating samples for claims. You will collaborate with various departments to audit processes and promote continuous improvement. Additionally, you will support Research & Development with testing on current and in-process products, as well as calibrate and verify lab equipment.

You will analyze data, identify trends, and present findings and solutions to teams to enhance organizational processes. The role offers opportunities to learn and grow as new projects, products, and assets are introduced.

Job Qualifications / What We Are Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing laboratory performing routine tests with standard equipment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and report findings
• Basic math skills with emphasis on measurable impact
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities
