Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Quality Lab Technician to perform analytical and clerical tasks supporting the plant's quality function. You will learn microbiology, chemistry and testing methods with potential for advancement within the nutrition business.

The role is based in Oshkosh, WI, offering a fixed weekday schedule and onsite work. The position requires GMP/HACCP familiarity, strong data reporting skills and precise documentation of results.

Qualifications

• Degree in a scientific discipline is preferred.
• At least 1 year of laboratory experience within a GMP-regulated industry is desirable.
• Experience with environmental and product testing is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and interpret laboratory tests to support quality monitoring.
• Prepare and ship samples to third-party labs with proper documentation.
• Record results accurately in the computer system and report findings to management.
• Troubleshoot lab issues and maintain equipment calibration.
