Advanced Drainage Systems is seeking a Supervisor Quality Lab to oversee lab testing, calibration, and QA processes in our plant environment. You will supervise lab technicians, coordinate calibrations, and ensure products meet quality standards before delivery.

The role requires collaboration with RM QA, plant teams, and product development, plus travel up to 10% for audits, including weekend shifts when necessary.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree minimum or equivalent work experience.
• Willing to consider additional formal training as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track calibration/recertification of test equipment.
• Ensure lab compliance and report to RM QA management.
• Develop and manage processes to meet specifications and quality standards.
