Actalent in Rosemount, MN is seeking an Analytical/Quality Lab Specialist to perform routine testing of fertilizers, food-grade and industrial raw materials. The role emphasizes QC/QA, data management in Excel, and collaboration with production teams.

The position begins on first shift for training and transitions to third shift, offering exposure to GMP and quality frameworks in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related science.
• At least 6 months of titration and pH testing experience.
• Hands-on titration, pH measurement, wet chemistry techniques, and basic analytical testing.
• Experience with QA/QC in a manufacturing or lab environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for data management.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform analytical testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Conduct pH testing, titrations, specific gravity measurements, and wet chemistry analyses.
• Review COAs and batch records for accuracy and compliance.
• Test raw materials and release them for production when quality standards are met.
• Record laboratory results in Excel and generate Certificates of Analysis for finished products.
• Follow GMP, SQF, FAMI-QS, and related frameworks.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to interpret results.

Conhecimentos
