Responsibilities

• Conduct timely investigations of returned materials, line incidents, and zero-hour failures to determine root cause.
• Document findings and interpret test data to support reporting and business processes.
• Support production quality through COP inspections, gap analysis, and plant issue resolution.
• Perform part inspections and metallurgical analyses to aid design validation and supplier development.
• Collect, analyze, and report KPI, warranty, and field data to inform decisions.
• Special assignments as required.
