Job summary

Sensient Technologies is seeking a QC Laboratory Aid to support our quality control operations in St. Louis. The role focuses on processing Certificates of Analysis, managing testing supplies, and assisting with continuous quality improvement across QC labs.

The position supports interdepartmental teams, emphasizes accurate data entry, inventory control, and effective teamwork with customer-focused responsibilities. Onsite work is required and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 2+ years in quality control or quality assurance.
• Experience managing multiple small projects in interdepartmental teams.
• Inventory management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Process Certificates of Analysis and escalate issues to QC leadership.
• Order and manage materials for laboratory testing.
• Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to support customers and QA goals.
• Organize and audit QC lab paperwork.
• Support process improvements with the team.
