Job summary

The position involves following a planned menu, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting food service operations to meet customer needs and safety guidelines. Training and PPE are provided as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu.
• Maintain cash receipts and meal records; assist in completing daily reports.
• Ensure storage of food in an accurate and sanitary manner.
• Serve food according to meal schedules and department policies.
• Use and care of kitchen equipment and PPE as required.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations for sanitation, handling, and storage.
• Connect with the Manager daily to understand and prepare the menu for the day.
• Maintain a clean and organized work and storage area.
• Perform other duties in the kitchen as assigned.
