Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred: 1+ year of experience in similar roles.
• Ability to lift and push 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must follow the company Personal Care and Hygiene policies.
• Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents.

Responsibilities

• Maintains verbal communication with FOH.
• Monitors the quality of food.
• Marinating and breading chicken.
• Ensuring chicken is properly inspected.
• Following receipts accordingly.
• Ensures restaurant adherence to health and sanitation standards.
• Follow protocol chicken forecast.
• Filtration of the oil to ensure quality standards.
• Thoroughly clean equipment.
• Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.
• Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
