Job summary

HIROTEC AMERICA, Inc. is seeking entry level candidates to train as a Quality Iteration Technician. This role offers on-the-job training and opportunities for growth within a professional environment.

The ideal candidate should have mechanical aptitude, be willing to learn new skills, and be able to travel extensively to customer facilities domestically and internationally. Travel will be a core part of the role.

• Mechanical aptitude is required.
• Willingness to learn new skills and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess dimensional and surface quality of products.
• Collect data and analyze quality levels.
• Adjust tooling and implement countermeasures to improve quality.
• Communicate technical feedback with internal teams and customer personnel.
• Travel with the job to various customer locations in North America.

• Ability to travel (extensive travel in Customer facilities both domestic and international)

The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented individual with a strong, self-directed work ethic. Having the ability to juggle multiple tasks, have a strong desire to learn, work safely, and work under tight deadlines is a necessity.

Upon training, the position will be responsible for:

• Dimensional and surface quality of products
• Data collection and analysis to understand the quality level of products
• Tooling adjustments and countermeasures to improve overall product surface and dimensional quality
• Effectively communicating technical feedback both internally and with customer project personnel to achieve the quality requirements
• Traveling with the job to various customer locations both locally and across North America
