Job summary

HIROTEC AMERICA, Inc. in Auburn Hills, Michigan, is seeking an entry-level Quality Iteration Technician to train and grow in a hands-on manufacturing environment. This role offers on-the-job training and a path toward advanced quality roles.

You will focus on dimensional and surface quality, collect and analyze data, adjust tooling, and communicate technical feedback to internal teams and customers. Travel to customer facilities across North America is required, supporting quality improvements

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively to customer facilities domestically and internationally.
• Team-oriented with a strong, self-directed work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assess dimensional and surface quality of products.
• Collect and analyze data to understand product quality.
• Adjust tooling and implement countermeasures to improve quality.
• Communicate technical feedback internally and with customer project personnel.
• Travel with the job to various customer locations across North America.
