Job summary

Fincantieri Bay Shipbuilding in Sturgeon Bay, WI is seeking a Quality Assurance/ISO Manager to develop and oversee the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and customer specifications across our shipyard operations.

You will lead internal audits, drive corrective actions, mentor quality personnel, and collaborate with manufacturing, regulatory bodies, and customers to sustain safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and maintaining a QMS.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and customer specifications.
• Ability to plan and execute internal audits and inspections.
• Leadership of quality personnel and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of the QMS and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Plan, schedule, and conduct internal audits and quality reviews.
• Provide guidance and training to quality staff and cross-functional teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
