Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Quality IoT Technician to join our Green Tree, PA team. This role performs inspections and tests on controllers, connects devices to the cloud, and supports calibration, documentation, and nonconformance processes within ISO 9001 systems.

You’ll work with engineers and technicians to ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery while supporting continuous improvement in connected devices and industrial data systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in equipment assembly or electrical-related assignment.
• 3 years of experience with industrial equipment using PLC control systems.
• Experience with Ethernet, cellular, or industrial network connectivity fundamentals.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Verify controller build quality by reviewing quality checklists.
• Connect controllers to the cloud and apply required configurations.
• Validate controller setup and performance using the data platform.
• Diagnose and resolve controller issues; coordinate with Help Desk teams.
• Identify and troubleshoot data ingestion and device connectivity issues and support resolution efforts.
