Ecolab Inc. in Green Tree, PA is seeking a Quality IoT Technician to perform inspection and testing on controllers used in Nalco’s water monitoring equipment. You will work with PLCs, cloud configurations, and data platforms to ensure quality and compliance.

The role emphasizes nonconformance, calibration, documentation, and collaboration with engineers to meet safety and schedule standards. A strong focus on IoT readiness and device-to-cloud integration is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with industrial equipment and PLCs is essential.
• Background in wiring and circuitry is preferred.
• Experience with Ethernet or industrial networks is beneficial.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Verify controller build quality by reviewing quality checklists.
• Connect controllers to the cloud and apply configurations.
• Validate controller setup and performance using the data platform.
• Diagnose controller issues and coordinate with Help Desk teams.
• Identify and troubleshoot data ingestion and device connectivity issues.
• Analyze recurring issues and communicate findings to the Connected Devices team.
• Label and identify controllers per standards.
• Upload, configure, and troubleshoot PLC programs.
• Support nonconformance, calibration, and documentation programs.
• Interface with engineers and read electrical drawings to meet standards.
