Job summary

Nalco Water, An Ecolab Company in Green Tree, PA seeks a Quality IoT Technician to inspect and test water monitoring equipment, validate PLC configurations, and support nonconformance and calibration under ISO 9001.

You’ll connect devices to the cloud, analyze data via our platform, and collaborate with engineers to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery on multiple shifts in Green Tree.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of equipment assembly or electrical experience.
• 3 years of working on industrial equipment with PLC control systems.
• Experience with Ethernet, cellular, or industrial network connectivity.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Verify controller build quality by reviewing quality checklists.
• Connect controllers to the cloud and apply required configurations.
• Validate controller setup and performance using Ecolab’s data platform.
• Diagnose and resolve controller issues with Help Desk coordination.
• Interface with engineers/read drawings to ensure schedule, quality, and safety standards.
