Job summary

Bemis Manufacturing Company in Sheboygan Falls, WI seeks a Quality Intern to contribute to quality systems, product development, and customer satisfaction. You will assist with print/spec updates and participate in PPAP, CAPA, and customer visits, while gathering quality data like scrap and PPMs.

You’ll also ship samples and perform production floor audits to support continuous improvement. The role targets a student pursuing Manufacturing Engineering or related fields with strong Microsoft

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field
• Computer and Microsoft Office Efficient

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in understanding print and internal specification requirements and work with the team to make necessary updates.
• Work with Quality Engineers on new product development including, but not limited to: PPAP completion, CAPA response, Sample planners and participate in customer visits.
• Work with Quality Engineers to pull together customer specific quality data such as scrap, claims and PPMs.
• Ship samples to customers.
• Spend time on the production floor conducting audits of various quality related topics.

Position Summary:
