Job summary

Brose Group is seeking a candidate pursuing a Bachelor's degree to join our Quality and Environment Systems team in the United States. The role focuses on implementing corrective actions for customer issues, maintaining quality compliance, and conducting regular warranty reviews to drive continuous improvement across SAP QM processes and TopQ platforms.

The position requires knowledge of IATF16949/TS16949/ISO14001 and AIAG/CQI standards, with SAP QM and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university; second or third‑year students preferred
  • Zero to three years of related experience and/or training in Seat System Assembly or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of Quality and Environmental Systems, including IATF16949, TS16949 and ISO14001; auditing experience and certification
  • Knowledge of AIAG standards (PPAP, MSA, FMEA, LPA) and relevant CQI standards
  • Proficient knowledge of SAP QM Module
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely implementation of corrective actions for customer issues (0-km & warranty).
  • Ensure compliance of quality to all required standards, including customer-specific requirements.
  • Conduct regular warranty reviews, ensuring corrective and preventive actions for any warranty concerns.
  • Facilitate the execution of error prevention, continuous improvement and problem solving by utilizing corporate tools (Problem Management Process, Top Quality reporting, warranty, and field reviews).
  • Regularly update internal, customer and supplier complaints in SAP Quality Module and TopQ SharePoint.
  • Perform process capability studies on an ongoing basis to validate special characteristics.
  • Evaluate failure-risk analysis with production and development teams for new launches.
  • Validate, document and publish lessons learned from positive and negative experiences; consolidate these lessons into Plant Standards and communicate them to the North American and Global Lessons-Learned Committees.
