Parker Hannifin Corporation seeks a Quality Intern in Cato Township, Michigan. This role supports process improvements, issue investigations, and document reviews in a manufacturing setting.
The intern will assist in daily quality activities and work with cross-functional teams to enhance product and process quality, with a strong focus on data accuracy and continuous improvement.
The Quality Intern supports the Quality function by assisting with process improvement, issue investigation, document review, supplier coordination, and quality systems maintenance. This role provides hands‑on exposure to manufacturing quality practices within a regulated production environment, with a strong focus on data accuracy, root cause analysis, standardization, and continuous improvement.
The Quality Intern works closely with Quality, Manufacturing, Injection Molding, and Supply Chain teams to improve product and process quality. This position contributes to daily quality activities by reviewing quality documentation, supporting investigations, coordinating with suppliers, and helping establish standardized work and process controls. The role is intended to provide practical experience in quality systems, problem‑solving, supplier quality, and manufacturing process improvement.
The position operates in a manufacturing environment and may require time on the shop floor to observe processes, review standard work, and support investigations. The intern will work with cross‑functional teams and must be able to maintain professionalism, accuracy, and responsiveness in a dynamic production setting.
