Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an experienced Quality Intelligence professional to drive system-wide measures, data collection, and reporting enhancements. You will lead analytics initiatives, build dashboards, and partner with clinicians and executives to translate data into improvements.

The role requires strong knowledge of quality improvement methods, PM processes, and statistics, with collaboration across departments to support value-based care initiatives and payer data feeds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in health or quality related field.
• 5+ years in Health Care Administration, Project Management, Quality Intelligence, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to system-wide Quality/Health Outcomes measure development and definitions.
• Leads enterprise-wide reports, processes, workflows, tools, and initiatives to improve health outcomes.
• Develops reports, files, and databases for internal/external reporting and ensures data accuracy.
• Creates dashboards and visualizations to deliver actionable information to clinicians and leaders.
• Acts as contact for payer partners and internal stakeholders to drive system improvements.
• Develops improved EHR tools to support value-based agreements.
