Advocate Health is seeking aQuality Intelligence professional to advance value-based quality measures and reporting. You will develop dashboards, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to drive health outcomes.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in a health-related field, about 5 years of healthcare quality/PM experience, and proficiency with MS Office and BI tools. This is a full-time remote role with day shifts.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration or related field.
• 5 years in healthcare administration, quality intelligence, or related area.
• Knowledge of value-based care models and data reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain quality measures and reports for value-based programs.
• Lead enterprise-wide dashboards and data workflows to improve health outcomes.
• Validate data quality and communicate insights to clinicians and leaders.
• Collaborate with partners to support external reporting requirements.
