Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure quality of manufactured goods.
• Perform inspections during and post-production to confirm quality.
• Verify installation of hardware as detailed in the bill of materials.
• Certify product compliance with customer specifications and requirements.
• Communicate with Weld Shop Supervisor and Plant Manager regarding exceedances in daily defect counts.
• Manage material supplies to ensure uninterrupted production in the weld shop.
• Apply 5S principles to maintain an organized work environment.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports detailing defects in welding area.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the work area following 5S methodology.
• Report operational anomalies to the Weld Shop Supervisor.
• Perform additional duties as needed based on site requirements and company needs.
