Job summary

You will monitor products, perform in-process and post-production inspections, verify hardware installation per BOM, and certify compliance with customer specs. This position emphasizes 5S workplace organization and timely reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the quality of manufactured goods.
• Perform inspections during and after production to confirm quality.
• Verify the installation of hardware as detailed in BOM.
• Certify product compliance with customer specifications.
• Communicate with Weld Shop Supervisor and Plant Manager about defects.
• Manage materials to prevent production delays in the weld shop.
• Apply 5S principles to maintain an organized work area.
• Prepare daily and weekly defect reports for welding.
• Maintain cleanliness and order following 5S.
• Report operational anomalies to the Weld Shop Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as needed based on site requirements.
