What You'll Do:

Mastery in VIN recognition, vehicle options, damage identification, estimating repair costs, recommending labor actions, documenting vehicle conditions, completing inspections, data entry, and digital photo collection. Also, test-driving and grading vehicles per Manheim's Grade Scale when applicable.

  • Travel to client locations and auctions, auditing reports, and performing inspections (up to 75%).
  • Verify vehicle info, inspect for damages and mechanical issues, document findings.
  • Maintain professionalism during client interactions and inspections.
  • Utilize ECR tools and relevant software proficiently.
  • Take accurate photos, upload documentation, and ensure policy compliance.
  • Prepare daily reports, perform day-end procedures, and handle physical tasks as required.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of related experience, or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive standard and automatic vehicles.
  • Excellent communication, technical aptitude, and repair knowledge.
  • Successful completion of Manheim ICP Inspector Level IV exam and certifications.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 lbs, and perform related tasks.
Work Environment:

Outdoor conditions, moderate noise, potential exposure to fumes, overtime, extended driving, and team interactions at client locations.

Compensation ranges from $25.82 to $38.70 per hour, with potential bonuses and incentives.
