Job summary

MAC Trailer is seeking a Quality Technician in Alliance, OH to support the inspection process for in-process and finished products. The role emphasizes adherence to MAC quality standards, documentation, and safe, efficient work practices in a manufacturing setting.

The position offers an hourly wage range and requires readiness for shifts Monday through Thursday with overtime as needed. A strong attendance record and mechanical aptitude are valued as part of the Master Trailer Builder ethos.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand job specifications and drawings.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and climb as required.
• Ability to read tape measures and perform basic math.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Review specification documentation to ensure product is manufactured to customer specifications and MAC quality standards.
• Perform tests and verification (axle alignment, air test, lighting test, ABS, tires, etc.).
• Document pass/fail information during inspection.
• Record inspection data and enter photographs into the computer.
• Communicate with Inspection department management about needs or deficiencies.
• Keep work area clean and organized during shift.
• Assist other employees and restock parts as needed.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
