Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Quality Inspector for a Prince George, VA startup facility, onsite on second shift. You will inspect incoming materials, verify wiring panels, assemblies, and power components, review CoCs and test reports, and support supplier corrective actions to protect product quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associates/technical cert preferred.
• 2+ years in Quality Inspection/QA/SC or related manufacturing quality.
• Experience with incoming inspection and material disposition.
• Experience with electrical/electromechanical manufacturing helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspections of raw materials and supplier assemblies.
• Inspect electrical/electromechanical components and wiring harnesses.
• Verify conformance to drawings, specs, and plans.
• Review CoCs, test/inspection reports, and traceability records.
• Record results in SAP QM and disposition materials accordingly.
• Support supplier corrective actions and root cause investigations.
• Collaborate with QA, Eng, Production, Supply Chain on issues.
• Develop inspection procedures and quality processes for startup ops.
• Provide quality support during second shift and ensure safety compliance.
