The position requires basic math and communication skills, forklift experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent. You will collaborate with machine operators, support audits, and help maintain accurate production records and a clean workspace.

Qualifications

• Basic written, communication and math skills to follow instructions and perform calculations.
• Forklift experience or ability to operate forklift as needed on the floor.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished rolls for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform visual and manual inspections of materials and finished products.
• Identify and document defects such as inconsistencies, misalignment, or material flaws.
• Work closely with machine operators to address quality concerns and maintain production standards.
• Ensure hold rolls are properly labeled with red hold cards and stored in designated areas.
• Assist in quality audits and report non-conformances to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection results and production logs.
• Support production team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
