Job summary

Klein Tools in Mansfield, TX is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform moderately complex dimensional inspections of standard parts to ensure conformance with engineering drawings using gauges, micrometers, calipers, and other equipment. You will run process audits, document results in quality software or Excel, and participate in problem solving while maintaining 6S standards.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and one year of related experience; English proficiency and strong

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year related experience.
• Must read, write, speak and understand basic English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality control software.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Able to read and interpret inspection instructions and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform process audits and respond to non-conformances.
• Use gauging devices to measure and inspect parts per specs.
• Document inspection results using quality software, Excel, or SharePoint.
• Analyze inspection data with stakeholders and follow non-conformance procedures.
• Participate in problem-solving teams.
• Maintain 6S standards in a clean, orderly work area.
• Perform other duties as required.
