Responsibilities

• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
• Utilize precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM to verify product specifications.
• Document inspection results accurately, including non-conformances, and generate detailed inspection reports.
• Identify and quarantine non-conforming materials, initiating corrective action requests as necessary.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement preventive measures.
• Perform first-article inspections and in-process audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and control plans.
• Maintain calibration records for inspection equipment and ensure all tools are within their calibration cycles.
